You might also add a small refrigerator or water tank to your gym for convenience.

A whirlpool may even have the same benefits. A lot of people never think about a sauna and don't know the health benefits it can provide. A sauna raises your body temperature and boosts immune function because of this. And just like a hot tub, it can also lower pressure. And, while a sauna should not be your only form of fitness, it can contribute to weight loss. However, this is not significant enough by itself. You need to exercise several times a week to actually lose weight. Nevertheless, the benefits are great enough that installing a sauna may help your health. Just remember that if you are pregnant or have other health issues, consult a doctor before using it.
