Fabulous Health

We are always trying to "eat better food" and "get more exercise" but we seldom manage to do both for any lenghth of time. So, one way I help my health is to take supplements... a multivitamin (with iron), ColdFX (a ginseng extract which keeps many colds at bay), and Evening Primrose Oil (this is just for women... to keep me from turning into a complete beast with the full moon....). These can get pricey, though we have found buying ColdFX in the larger size to help offset that cost. Evening Primrose is widely available, and I get my multivitamin from Zellers.
